๐Ÿ“– The Story

Real places. Real scenes.
Real bookings.

Cinematic Stays exists for one reason: to separate the movie hotels you can actually visit from the ones that only ever existed on a studio backlot. Currently featuring โ€ฆ hotels, and growing.

๐ŸŽฏ What counts as a "Cinematic Stay"

Every hotel on this site has to clear three bars before it's added: it has to be a real, currently operating hotel; it has to have a documented, verifiable connection to a specific film or TV show (not just a rumor); and it has to be independently bookable on Booking.com โ€” no fictional sets, no defunct properties, no "inspired by" guesswork.

๐Ÿ“ท Our photo policy

We never use a screenshot or frame from the movie itself as a hotel's photo โ€” film stills are copyrighted, and using them to promote paid bookings isn't something we're willing to risk or ask you to trust. Every photo here is a real photograph of the actual hotel, sourced only from Wikimedia Commons so the licensing (public domain or Creative Commons) is fully verifiable, with the photographer credited directly on the image. Each card also carries a clear movie badge and a "real, bookable hotel" tag, so it's never ambiguous which film it's tied to or that the place genuinely exists.

๐Ÿ” How this site is kept accurate

Hotel details are pulled from a single, structured dataset that automatically builds the filters, groupings, and cards you see across the site โ€” so every page always reflects the same underlying list, and there's one place to fix or update anything. If a listing is ever wrong or a hotel closes, we want to know: accuracy matters more to us than the size of the list.
